Making a Will is more important than you may realise, and easier than you might think.

It is especially important if you are not married and living with someone as partners, or if you have been married before and/or have children from an earlier relationship. By taking care of things now, you are taking care of those closest to you. You could also be saving them large sums of money which might otherwise be payable in Inheritance Tax.

It is a very straightforward and inexpensive procedure. Simply telephone for an appointment. At this meeting we would like a rough idea of your overall assets, and details of those whom you wish to benefit. We will then draft a will to satisfy your specific requirements. You can sign this in our offices with our staff as a witness. Or we can do this in your own home. We can also hold your will in safekeeping for no extra charge.

Probate
When you lose someone close to you It is obviously time of great sadness.

Unfortunately it is also a time When a number of practical matters must be seen to and this can prove stressful.

We can give you care and assistance you need at this distressing time , because we understand what you are going through.

If you contact us soon after the bereavement, we will be able to help you with everything from registering the death to instructing the undertaker and carrying out the deceased wishes.

If the deceased left a will, you will need to pass it on to us. We will also require the death certificate and details of all assets left by the deceased. We will then attend to all aspects of Probate, or letters of administration, as required.
